Keep your female away from male dogs for four weeks and closely monitor her behavior. If you’re not planning to breed, consult with us about spaying. We can also offer advice on managing her symptoms.

The age of spaying and neutering is variable and depends on lifestyle, breed and over all health of your pet. Our veterinarians can guide you on the best time for your pet.

Common signs include increased urination, a swollen vulva, vaginal bleeding and behavioral changes. If you’re unsure, our reproductive team can help identify the best time for breeding or discuss spaying options.

Responsible breeding requires genetic testing, health screenings, and appropriate timing. We provide all necessary services to ensure the health and wellbeing of your pet during the breeding process.
