She recently completed her certifications in physical rehabilitation and acupuncture through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. Dr. Schmeiser is passionate about improving the quality of life for pets through advanced therapeutic techniques. When she is not at the clinic, you can usually find Dr. Schmeiser outdoors! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking with her dog, Nokona. She and Nokona also spend time playing several dog sports together, including barn hunt and dock diving.

Dr. Carrie Russell
Dr. Russell is a 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing primarily emergency medicine for over 17 years. She has a primary interest in emergency and critical care medicine, soft tissue surgery, and helping pets age gracefully.
Dr. Russell is married with 2 teenagers. She has several dogs and cats and a couple horses. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Ranga Mamidi
Dr. Ranganath Mamidi (Ranga) is a veterinarian with expertise in large animal medicine and a specialist in cardiac muscle physiology. After his veterinary degree in India, he pursued a PhD at Washington State University and completed postdoctoral fellowships at Case Western Reserve University, contributing to over 25 research publications in his field. In 2019, Ranga earned his U.S. veterinary practice license through the ECFVG program by the American Veterinary Medical Association. He has since worked at Banfield and West Park Animal Hospital, and now brings his extensive experience to our team, focusing on general practice and emergency medicine. Outside of work, Ranga enjoys traveling with his family, cricket, and keeping up with cardiac physiology research.

Dr. Ranga Mamidi
Dr. Ranganath Mamidi (Ranga) is a veterinarian with expertise in large animal medicine and a specialist in cardiac muscle physiology. Tracy Thompson – Hospital Administrator
Tracy has always had a strong passion for animals and the veterinary field. She has Business Management and Business Communication background.
She has raised and shown English Springer Spaniels for 15 plus years and has added Golden Retrievers to her family. She enjoys bike riding, outdoor activities, dancing, and spending time at the beach with her family and 3 dogs, Kiera, Summer and Viola.
Jillian Kuhl – Staff Manager
Jillian loves living in the country and spending time with her husband, Brandon and most recently her daughter, Raleigh. Family is everything to her. She has 4 dogs named Ruby (being the favorite – as she made the picture), Roy, Piper and Gomer. She takes pride in everything she does at work and away from work.
